I had a nice stay with great cleanliness and a fantastic breakfast! I loved the hot shower and comfy bed, though a firmer bed would have made it perfect.

Spent a night here while attending the Motorcycle Live show, super convenient location! The staff were friendly, especially when we had a minor air con issue, they quickly moved us to another room! Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options, including gluten-free stuff. Only wish the room could've been a bit bigger.

The staff were amazing. They tried their best considering the cards were not working for the hotel rooms! It was chaos but they kept their cool.

it was super convenient for the nec, which was a big plus for us. the room was on the ground floor and really comfy. We had no noise from the car park. breakfast was nice with views of trees and...

I spent a night here, and it was super easy to get to! The room was clean and had no frills, but that's fine by me. The staff was cool and helped with any questions I had. Would've liked a bit more variety in the food though, but at least there’s a snack bar to munch on.

The breakfast was a solid highlight, with a great spread of options and those scrumptious vegetarian sausages! I loved chilling in the cozy lounge and watching TV after a long day. Just a heads up, the bathroom could’ve used a little more space, but overall, it was a delightful stay! 😊

I spent one night in a Standard Double Room and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive , while the location was super convenient for the NEC events. The breakfast provided a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the tasty options available, although I think the dining choices for dinner could use some improvement. a comfortable spot for travelers looking for ease and a welcoming atmosphere!

An excellent location near the NEC, making it very convenient, especially with a bus service picking up every 15 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. breakfast options were underwhelming. the fruit looked old and selection was limited. the air conditioning unit leaked throughout my stay, despite reporting it.

my grandson and i had a wonderful stay at holiday inn. the twin room was perfect for our trip to the nec. we absolutely loved the breakfast offered, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
